The project includes residential living & commercial areas in the seven-floor renovated Art Nouveau building in the center of Brno. The reconstruction project was prepared by the Brno based Architects Burian–Křivinka.

The project logo and the project itself uses the building`s Art Nouveau legacy and communicates its exceptional character and position within the new residential quarter of the central part of the city of Brno. The golden color describes the building`s unique value and it also reminds us of its prime location just on the golden corner of the main boulevard of the new central residential area of Brno.
